Pay: Starting at $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations
Supervises office and field staff to ensure maximum productivity and smooth operations.
Assists recruiting team in hiring
Works with HR Team to ensure company’s policies are implemented
Enforces company’s policies and procedures.
Enforces staff’s job description and make sure they satisfactorily complete their assigned duties.
Always maintain a friendly and productive working culture.
Resolve any workplace conflicts as needed.
General paperwork and assisting with auditing

Other responsibilities

Intakes and orients new patients and their families.
Check insurance benefits and eligibility.
Works with insurance to get authorization approval for services
Coordinates scheduling of interdisciplinary field staff and clinicians.
Facilitates communication with field staff and clinicians.
Monitors and oversees operations
Assists with business development

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor degree
Minimum 3 years of management experience in healthcare field
