RN Clinical Manager, Rochester, MN

$29-$34 per hour

Job Description:
Mainly work in the office. Work hours: office hours 8am-5pm, no overnights or weekends
Clinical Responsibilities:

Conducts intakes and orients new patients and their families. Provides patient education.

Monitors scheduling of interdisciplinary field staff and clinicians to meet Medicare requirements
-
Monitors, coordinates care, and communication with nurses and therapists, the client's physicians, and other caregivers. Respond to all clinical needs.

Develops and signs off on Plan of Care, assessments on new admissions, 60-day Recertification or re-assessments, Resumption of care after hospitalizations

Conducts skilled nursing visits (wound care, medication management, IV visits…)

Monitoring and implementing clinical training annually and as needed. Conduct any necessary in-person training to ensure quality care and charting procedures meet.
Managing Responsibilities:

Supervises staff to ensure maximum productivity and smooth operations.

Assists recruiting team in hiring

Enforces company’s policies and procedures.

Enforces staff’s job description and makes sure they satisfactorily complete their assigned duties.

Always maintain a friendly and productive working culture.

Resolve any workplace conflicts as needed.

Job Qualifications:

Licensure: Minnesota RN License - Required

Current CPR Certification
-
Experience: required: at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Required: at least 1 year of nursing supervisor

Demonstrate leadership, active listening, a team player, and time management

Good problem solver to make independent decisions

Effective communicator with staff, client families, and outside agencies

Ability to prioritize duties and work independently

Clinical competence to utilize nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments
